Skill Guide please

So, basically all i'm asking for here is a basic Archer skill guide. What to level, and what not to level. The only two things i have learned thus far is "Blazing arrow" and "Winged Blessing"

I'm going full dex build, (enough dex, and Str for armour/weapon requirments) then the rest on dex
