Can't open game

So, I've been able to play for quite a while now, but today I go to log on and I couldn't get the game open. The patcher works, but when I try to start the game, it gives me a message I can't even understand, its just symbols. Can anyone help? b:sad

    Hey Karrua, if verifying the files didn't help, go ahead and open a ticket with Tech Support. Make sure to attach a screen shot of the error you're receiving so we may assist you further.
