A message to GMs regarding Rank gear

If you think this issue will fall to the bottom of the sea and you can ignore it, it won't... You have just lost a good portion of your players some of which were heavy cash shoppers. Now you may or may not find replacement players with the expansion or not. However that is a risk and not guaranteed players which you HAD before you did this. A steady flow of money is better then a quick rush of it.

Effectively other free to play games will catch on on your issue here, continue to **** us over and big review sites such as MMOhut.com will catch the drift, big MMO blogger playing this game will move in and burst your bubble, effectively you lose money in advertising, Youtube and social networking sites will catch on your failure, facebook will crumble beneath your feet with bad rep and bad mouthing, not good for any business.

IF you get past that, and do get replacment players they still have to get through massive inflation, terrible customer support and massive power level gaps from 40 - 90 (rank gear)

That said, PWI is NOT the only free MMO out there and continuing to do this will push you to the bottom of the tower.

But hey don't take my word for it, keep **** us over, regardless of players leaving and coming back or leaving forever it's strength in numbers that will bring you down. The average life expectancy of a player has now fallen due to your "**** ups".


Bottom line: We don't need to do anything, effectively your digging your own grave

Short sum up
*Big reviewing websites such as MMOhut will catch onto these issues
*Other free to play games will move on
*Private server usage will increase (chain effect, friend to friend to friend etc..)
*Life expectancy of player reduced
*Big blogger who quit may effectively deliver bad rep via site if google ranks them high, PWI suffer advertising costs
*Loss in player base, around 1 in 20 players are cash shoppers, 1 in 5 of those are heavy CS shoppers.
*Flow of income to PWI reduced, advertising costs increased "milking" effect needed to keep profits high this will drive more players to quit/bad mouth game (strength in numbers effect
*Loss of control on the forums, bad mouthing off putting to players starting out

one > = one friend, assuming you only have 1 best friend this is not including the factions/small factions and or wife/hubbies/faction leaders etc... who can effectively have a cripple effect on other players, the stacking effect increases.

How did PWI **** up? They just bring things on sale to make money for themselves and to benefit players. Its the players that are chosing how much gold costs, people jack up prices just because there's a sale on and think they will make tons of coin, there the ones **** up the economy

You don't get it. Prices go up because of these sales, sure bring in packs that is not as bad as "hey buy your gear for 70 gold or get overpowered for less than $200".

There is no point on playing any more. Since the hard working / average cash shoppers will always be on the bottom line due to this kind of dumb moves.

Yes gold price is set by players, you cannot control that even if you wanted to, since people are greedy in a greedy company, what did you expect.

Stock < demand.

You will understand when you get to 100+ all the hard work to get tt90, tt99, nirvana +12 gear, all is now noob gear due to this sale.

Not to mention gold cap price was 999,999 in AH, yet they decided to remove it and gold is worth now over 1m

PWE let the end game content way too easy to reach now
By putting such option in boutique it's pretty normal for gold price to sky rocket
Especially when people originally need lots money or very long time to get it
Everyone would want it then gold sky rocket
These isn't just hurt the feeling of those who work hard or spent lots money before
But also give so much pressure to free newbie player

If PWE fix it by create and promising stronger gear in the future
Is these trolling cycle will happen again ?
What's the point of farming if in the end you can just buy it from boutique ?
How hard will people have to try selling their previous end game gear which no one wanted it ?
What will happen now with instance farming for end game gear ?

Now people at last must charge zen if they want to keep continuing the game after mid lv without spending so many time into it

I don't care about packs, but these one just ridiculous
People that usually active in forum and calm usually goes into rage today . .
