Minus Interval Axe-bracers

I wanna ask you ppl if it possible to craft axes or bracers (OHT or blacksmith made) with double or triple minus interval stat and even if this is theoretically possible ...Does anyone ever encounter or managed to do something like that(eg 3x -0.10 OHT axe)?

    idk about .10
    but multi .05 bracers are possible. i've seen two. so it's feasible for there to be three. axes i'd assume could be the same way. but i've never ever seen a crafted item with a .10

    Axes only have the chance to get one add on with -0.10 interval, since it's under the Unique Add-on list.

    Bracers have a chance to get 3 times -0.05 interval. However, this chance is ridiculously low.... I've seen some with a double add on (-0.10 total), but never seen a triple one yet.
