Faction Logo Problem+Recruting(PlayBoy69)

hey i am having a problem uploading my logo to https://register.perfectworld.com/account/faction everything is Greyed out and it wont let me select anything. it might be becouse i just upgraded my faction today and it might take alittle while for it to regester me as a lvl 3 faction or somthing? idk tell me your input. plus we are Recruting 20+ more perably 60+ but if ur intrested u could also reply about that. but if u could explain why im having problems uploading the photo or not being able to select anything it would be much apprieciated. Thx

    I believe its because u have numbers in ur faction name... afaik, numbers (like special characters) is not/will not permit the use of a faction logo.

    no unfortunately its not b:surrender ...same goes for the fac im in...you cannot have space or #s or special chars.

    There are actually a couple factions on Sanctuary that I've seen that have a faction icon that have numbers in their name.

    I also know a faction on my server with the name of $exy with a logo. so i dont beleave its imposable. ill just havta get ahold of a GM

    The quick system that is newly implemented won't work. you will have to open a support ticket and use the old faction submission process.

    1)Submitter must be the guild leader.
    2)Submitter must send in a screenshot of your guilds roster showing that the guild is a level 3 faction.
    3)The image must be sent in as a 24 bit BMP format and must be 16*16 pixels with a RGB color mode.
    4)If you would like it as a transparent back ground please make sure your Alpha Channel (Transparency Control Channel) is correct.
    * add an Alpha-channel to your image (using Layer > Transparency > Add Alpha Channel)
    * select the Eraser-tool Eraser Tool and erase what you'd like to get rid of or use the magic wand.

    Open a ticket and send the information.

    REALLY?

    I read soooooo many GM responses saying NO special characters (numbers even...) can be in your faction's name...b:surrender

    So what is this about? Is creating a lvl 3 faction with no no chars and asking for logo the only way to find out?

    'Cause seriously, if the answer is this is not possible, and still there are factions like this... this is not fair..b:surrender
