Is 1mbit adsl enough to play without lag?

Hey everyone i tried playing PW long ago but i had so much lag so i had to uninstall (back then i had slower speed, i think it was 0.5mbit). Will i be able to play without lag with this speed?
Im from Europe btw and i would play on LC server

Try running traceroutes to each of our servers and see how high the pings are for each hop to each of the servers.

Harshlands has better ping (around 120ms and LC around 200ms), so i will play there instead
