How do I report a cube pk?

I'm a blue name and I've never been interested in PKing. Today I entered the cube to teleport to Archosaur, and was instantly killed by another player. As I understand it, it's a bannable offense to pk someone in the cube, or at least in the main hall, so I'd like to know how and to whom I can report the incident. I took a screenie of the kill message just in case.

was it a sin? called **~edited~ (the ** are letters but i'm not alouwed to type his full name b:surrender).

I teleported in and he was trying to kill this afk bm.
I went back into the "unsafe" zone and gently pushed him into the underworld b:laugh.

Then he PM'd me complaining that he was fully buffed and i messed that up b:victory.

P.S. will i be banned now? or is the rule "do not pk unless the other person is oke with pk there" ?
