strange message

So today when i pressed start to launch the game, this message came up
What is this?

    hey i'm having the same problem i just downloaded it and this weird window comes up in some crazy squiggle lines. I've downloaded pwi a few times and i've never had this problem please someone help us!!!

    same problem with me. i re-installed the game and when i click start a message in weird letters appear. I'm not good with computers so yeah. It never happened before when i played months ago.
