Sin useless in PvE? Switch to PvP??

I have a lvl 40 Barb and a lvl 40 Sin with all 3 star armour and weapon, plus an 11m/s mount and well rounded off. I was thinking if sins are any use in PvE servers? I really wanna have one in a Pvp Server to kill players because I love the idea of hunting down people minding their own buisness and ruining their day !! But I don't really want two sins. Should I stay in PvE or should I go to PvP?? Is it hard to lvl in PvP? Which PvP server is best? Lost city? Also would it be that bad having 2 sins? HELP!b:cry

    I don't literally mean I'm gonna be going around looking for people to ruin their day. I just meant I like the idea of being attack whenever and wherever instead of a select spot like everyone PK's in PvE servers..

    Sins get OP with 5APS, venoes are OP for free.

    @OP, just rib strike in PVE, stuns, seal in squad, knife throw, puncture wound kiting for solo. No doubt that is simple. I have done it. Assassins are like archers / casters. Do your best not to get hit. or restat to heavy sin?
    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.
