HT - Server Lacking Cojones

More specifically, within my level range. =_=
Back in the day, everyone was up for anything. I was with a BM that took on Nob and Pole on a BH, low level FF's were fun, and herc's and barbs were optional for nearly everything. Now, everyone acts like a pansy. It was like pulling teeth while asking for a single cleric for FF, last night. For a low level run.
We started off with two clerics, 89 and 81. The 81 left after the second or third boss. The 89 left shortly after that. We got a 96, but she was feverish and honestly shouldn't have been playing. After that, we got a 90 and finished, but my wife was tired of playing two comps and wanted a real cleric.
I spent thirty minutes and ten tele-acoustics looking for a cleric. Instead I got a barb, two bm's, an unknown that demanded a second seat in the party, and a cleric that demanded a second cleric. After all that, my wife bought some tele-acoustics and start looking. Two seconds later her sister, my sister-in-law logs on.
We finished the FF in two hours with a 77 HA veno (without a herc), 97 HA sin, 96 archer, 79 cleric (with only 2.3k HP), an 80 sin, and myself.
Man up. If your character dies, so what? You get a rez, learn from the experience, and move on. Stop wasting your time expecting things to be total freaking cake walks. I tanked at 75 and I can tank at 80. I tanked my 51 AT 51. My 59 AT 59. And, I might not have tried tanking Nob and Pole yet, but the little suckers are on my list.
I'm not the best, but I'm willing to play with whatever I have to. For crying out loud, grow a pair and stop making me feel like the only man in my level range.

Huh... I never had any trouble like that on my cleric doing FF runs 75-90. Would sometimes take ages to find a barb or bm, but in most squads people knew what they were doing and not many were nervous about FF. FF is... incredibly easy. lol

Where you had to do so much leg work to even be able to open up squad mode in FF, which isn't there anymore.

Yeah, most of the players in my generation are...in your generation. =_= I started in March '09, on a wiz. Sorry for not powering through all my levels with hypers and oracles. I kinda slowed my leveling to learn to play my class. So that I could tank Nob and Pole, without the pansy barbs I have to deal with now.
I might have learned something, as I was able to do that, today. =_= I'm always up for a challenge. tbh random sq can be like that. This FF dungeon is so easy that it become boring to do, i am sure your 2 clerics leave whit a reason (maybe dieing to much) spend more than 10 tele`s for finding sq.

Your lucky,from what ive seen people are having a harder time finding barbs then anything.Watch world chats its almost every other post 'lf barb for this or that'Maybe all the clerics werent lonely last night or they would rather be lonely then in ff

Thats not our generation.My barb may not have been made til 09 but lor my self and alot of others started in 08. nice try but you failed.Leveling slow doesnt mean you can play your class,in fact in generaly means you dont know what your doing.Or like me,dont care. As for us pansy barbs,theres alot of things you still need us for.Our buffs alone make us an asset to a squad. You should really think before you start trash talking entire classes here or you may find your self in a pickle when you need em. As for tanking pole or guar,those guys arent hard. Go tank belial. I tanked it at 69,but us pansy barbs arent much use right?

Actually, nobody died, prior to the clerics leaving. They just left. And, honestly, I don't need a barb for FF. We did it without one, repeatedly. I've taken my time leveling, pouring hundreds of thousands of exp points into genies, just to grind, BH, and learn wtf I am supposed to do. I figured a month at level 60 would give me time to earn money and do that. It did. A month at 70 while we waited for our archer to come back for RB, he didn't. The only experiences I don't have are Nirvana, an actual Lunar Glade run, Unicorn Forest, City of Abominations, and the current TT 3-X runs.
Also, the barbs of my generation are the ones still relying on herc to tank everything. I can't rely on herc to tank anything. I steal aggro up to level 95. And I have been stealing aggro from barbs up to level 85. The sad part is, it's because really do suck, to some extent. I haven't been in a fail FF squad, yet. I know I will, soon. It's something for me to deal with. And, yes, I will complain out of game. Usually with a lot of cussing and such, but I will deal with it and make the best of it. As of yesterday, I can tank everything up to my level, except Manta and Eyes. I really hate when people brag about stealing aggro. Often times it seems like DDs try to steal, as some form of accomplishment for them. It's also quite irritating for the cleric. Good DDs know how to NOT steal. You are not pro just because you can steal from a level 95. Learn to control yourself, and maybe you can get clerics to stay in squads with you...0 -

o.O Part of the problem is that I can tank. And, in order for me to not take aggro, I have to sit out a tenth of the boss's HP, neither spark nor HF, and not use Cyclone Heel. Basically, I press a button and hope I don't steal or have a good cleric that can see my HP moving slowly down. As for tanking in FF, I had to tank Oceania Master, while everyone else lay on the ground from a mistake our veno made. It was fun, but I still prefer heals.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

I dont pay attention to names unless it kills me...mantavip, or what ever it is now.He used to hurts lots made me qq.Or krimson,which by the way when i hit 90 i litterally stood there and killed him 5 times in a row just for the head ache it caused me.Am i the only one that goes back and seeks revenge on the bosses that were pains in the past?mmmmmm tacos mmmmm

No, sweet Jesus, no. Everyone I know returns to bosses just to slap them for past insults. I watched a BM shank Krixxix repeatedly.
