No Loot When In Groups

I am ver curious to why I don't get much loot when in a normal group out and about in Perfect World. I am even MORE curious to why I NEVER get loot while in a group doing an instance.
Everytime I am in a group, in normal mode like doing quest or just grinding, all the stuff I kill and all the loot drops go to my party members 75% of the time, seriously, 75% of the time.
I watch them and even wrote down the calculations on a piece of paper before. Out of 10 drops, no-matter what it is, in a group with just me and 1 other person, out of 10 drops, I get 3 things. They get the other 7. I've tried playing with people, my level, below my level, above my level. I'm at the point that I don't wanna play with anyone, because I watch something drop and go ooo I want that, and then I dont get it.
I've tried being the FIRST to pick stuff up, the last to pick stuff up, I've googled and searched with no success.
I am even MORE concerned that I have ran 15 instances and every-single time I get NOTHING. only coins. At every boss drop, I watch piles and piles of stuff hit the floor and I get nothing.
What could it be? My character? My build? It's something more than luck.
P.S. I am a level 40 wizard

    My understanding is that loot from a mob drop is divided up in proportion to the amount of contribution each squad member made to that kill.

    I thought that too, but I notice, that when I'm in a group, EXCEPT instances, I kill the MOST. lol, weird but true. While questing with people, I usually do all the killing. Like say, I'm fighting a baddy, my party members fighting a different one. We both kill our own baddy, loot drops from both bad guys, we both pick up our different loot,say 6 pieces total.... all the loot goes to him, I might get 1 or 2 things.
    I asked another wizzy if he was experinecing the same thing at a lower level, cause he was level 80 and he said yes....could it be that Wizzys are bugged?
    It's really strange because I play with my Real Life Gf, I use a desktop and she uses a Laptop,we are both wizzys, when we squad, loot is distributed evenly.
    When she switches to her venomancer, she gets all the loot.
    However, when I play with my buddy who is a Blademaster, he gets all the loot.
    When I play with others, they get all the loot.
    I'm confused
