Rank gear

I've rank I armor, leggins... but i don't use it now. Can i sell them? I mean i think for upgrade your rank you need give your old rank badge or somthing like that... i only need to keep recruit's badge or i've to keep all to change it for higher rank gear when i've the reputation needed?

    u can sell them to a npc but not to other players.
    u dont need them, just the badge (Which you cannot sell anyway)
