it says there is already a game going and i cant get it. what do i do?

    I think what you are talking about is the game saying that there is already a client running, and that you need to close it before you can open another one. If that is the case, press ctrl+alt+delete and close the pwi client on the list. Then open it again.

    If you tried closing it by pressing the X in the window title frame that does nothing, it minimizes it to the system tray, expand it with the < (or ▲ if using Win7) and then click the PWI icon to get it opened again
