ancient bow quest-mystery

I am doing ancient bow quest and im on last part and it says mystery. when you click on it to find out details for the part of quest there is nothing.. it is blank...Can someone please help me...can you tell me what to do next please...

    You need to find pure water to restore the ancient bow. If you've played a winged elf, you know about a spring of pure water near the shores of the Lake of No Worries...

    You might not be the right level yet. I know you start out at Elder in Kings Feast. He has you kill some mobs then collect some quest herb by Valley of Disaster near where Khewy Ratlord hangs out. After that you need to visit magic well south of Plume by Lake of No Worries.
