    I'm a female venomancer too.. I hate when someone says that I'm a guy, because I'm not. I know only a few female venomancers that usually play as a cleric most of time to avoid these stupid questions about gender.

    It does matter to some extent when speaking to you/about you, especially in more complex languages, like Polish for example, where verb forms depend on subject's gender.

    I find PW quite appealing for female players, much more than wow for example - the visuals are nice, it's not boring kox/grind, but you do quests to lvl, and it's not unfriendly for a casual player - and yet it doesn't fall into the omg-how-f-ing-sweeet looking games some other asian mmos are, and wich make my teeth hurt only from glancing at them.

    i had opposite problem in wow, my main was a female sin just cause can use stabitha as a name and couldn't think of a male name that was witty (imo) and the amount of geeks that would try to hit on me was annoying. i picked a veno cause strong and easy to build/play while still being fun and it had nothing to do with the cgar being female at all. at the end of the day a char is just that and i play them for there enjoyment not for a sliding breast modifier or whatever. i guess a lot of ppl on mmo's dont get out much so its their only chance to interact with a woman lol.

    So you treat each person as the gender of the char which they are currently playing. Verb gender problem solved.

    I really don't care what the gender of the person behind the keyboard is. My assumption is that the player generally wishes to be treated as the gender of the character they choose to play, and do so unless they inform me that they wish to be responded to otherwise.

    I have a female Barb in my fac b:victory it confuses the heck out of people when I or a fac-mate refer to this big kitty as "her" in a squad b:chuckle

    The vast majority of venos I have met in game are male. I've noticed that the only good indicator of real gender are clerics: female clerics are generally female irl.

    I'm a guy, I play a veno and she wears pink (it's a girl char). I always assume venos are guys because almost all are. I think the toon's look and feel, and also its playstyle, attracts guys. Maybe also because it's touted as a "solo" toon.

    With that said, I know a few girl venos. They are few and far between but they're lovely. And yeah, maybe they're better veno players than guys. I'll give them that.

    I don't really have this problem, since I play with my Bf and we are fake married here also my veno has this look which no man can ever design lol (I hope) But My Blade master its a whole another World everyone all ready assume I'm a man and nothing I can do to change there mind!

    w0w so many ppl here are so mistaken. its funny. sex doesnt determine a persons preferences lol. neither does it changes ones intelligence. there r many girls who plays games. at least i knw a lot of them and yeah some are hardcore pvpers. guy veno ...girl veno ... i mean what does it matter lol... not like u r gonna get laid or have kids in this game.

    while going through this thread there was another funny idea lol that guys dont take care of the beauty of their character lol. well i am an animator and i earn my living by working in game projects like this and the funny info for u ladies is that these characters itself are worked on by many mens. u ppls jst tweak our creations a bit. these dresses, armours , looks are predefined by us and many among us are men. vice versa is true as well. many guys think that females dont have idea for macho things. sorry to inform that ladies do work in designing these male characters and stuffs.

    so moral of the story : dont be a sexist dumass. be smart, be simple. being pro doesnt depend on the inside of ur underwear. its the part on ur head that decides it.
