Skills update

FluffiKitty - Heavens Tear

Noticed a few skills that dont work properly as the ability suggests or incorrectly.
(Please post if you have a skill that does not work and what it does instead.)

Pet skill Flesh Ream - Disregards defense and does pure unrestrained bleed damage

Sage Vicious Arrow - Mana burn is not 100 but rather like 10.

Sage Stormrage Eagleton - Does a 20% Phsyical and Magical Attack debuff instead of Defense debuff.
