Heavy Game crash....pls help fast.

Hello,
I got a heavy game crash.b:sad
If i want to start the game with my Main-char cristalwhiteb:cry, the loading screen appears and after the screen disappeared the game crashed. so it is not possible to play with this char anymore.b:angry

I can still play with all other char.....i guess ther is something wrong with the spawn position
of my main-char?

    Have had a similiar problem...but after 5 more tries it worked again oO

    Maybe it'll help if ya press and hold W while loadin' (Char might run a lil' bit, so next time ya load its out of the "crash-spot")

    If that doesn't help ya should try to submit a ticket here^^

    lower settings before try log in game
    i can never log veno if its left in arch with max settings lol

    Thank you alot, that fixed it.
    I pressed "W" and i saw the game for a shot period of time.
    then it crashed again.
    Next time i didnt pressed a key and the game works fine....

    Conclusion.
    This game has lots of problems to calculate the righ position of chars.
    So it would explain, why there are so much situation in this game, where the char can
    get stucked or finally the game totaly crasht.
