    do public quests.

    If you got coins get the stones that up your exp multiplier from cash shop.

    Thats about it, if you wanna lvl any faster spend money on hypers and end up being another know nothing lvl 100. Or you can just do your quests and enjoy the game while its good.

    Try public quest chaper 1 in tideborn area. It starts 9:00 server time every day. (I am not sure about the time)

    I, II and III spark is the most cheesiest skill in PWI and it should be removed or massively nerfed.

    Justice quests are good for a bit of a boost. The 60's is the slow period. When you hit 70 you can WQ.

    Oh and PQ does start at 9am Pacific. (GMT-8) believe that it starts at the same time for the East coast servers which makes it 11am (GMT-5).
