Hi, just was curious because I read in a thread somewhere that with stone barrier Arcane wizards can have similar phy def as a BM... Is this true (same or close to same phys def minus cleric and BM buffs)? I have a feeling that this isn't true due to BHs I've been on but I'm considering making a wizard alt and wanted to confirm this before moving forward with experimental builds.

    Ehm, with +10 g14 neck and belt, cv rings, and standard g12-g15 gear a hell mage can easily have ~11k+ pdef self buffed. I think most 100+ warriors have about 15k pdef self buffed, however.

    with light armour.... yes it is possible to have as much p.def as a bm.... but thats with good gear and/or cleric buff.

    LA has terrible resists.. yes you could potentially have higher physical resists as LA, but the mdef would be horribly low. Unless you have gear like shinzoko.. two pdef ornaments on LA basically means one shot to any magic class.

    And "Shinzoko" is an end game LA wiz on LC? Anyone have a post of his gear? Would like to see what gear causes Adroit to qualify his opposition to LA wiz b:scorn
