GM's Read plz iam in trouble x(

hello to all of perfect world i do not know if some one else is have this sort of trouble but here it is well my main does not aprear in the dragon quest reward page or in the jones bless page but it does aprear in the core page can you plz explain to me why this is happening?
It might not be a big of a deal but well id love to have a full use of your awsome events and i can because of this... its so frustrating.

Iam realy sorry for the trouble and i hope my game m8 if they are having the same trouble to say something that may guide me to the solution for my problems. thank you!
