    You know I do like his idea. Take a look at what people did for Jericho to go onto the air.

    They sent Thousands and THOUSANDS of Nuts to CBS offices in New York. Now if some how we could send like thousands and thousands of packs? or something maybe rubber bands to chinese offices or hell the PWE offices maybe they would get the message?

    Yes, 1000 letters hand-written to the proper person to contact in the PWE hierarchy would do far more than a 100 page rant sent by a disgruntled player.

    Here is the necessary steps he didn't seem to follow through with to make it more than a joke:

    1) Did he contact anyone at PWE-CN to find out who would actually handle this matter or take this seriously? Yes? Proceed to 2). No? Mission failed.

    2) Was the person who would actually take this seriously say they are interested in actually reading some long-rant? Yes? Proceed to 3). No? Mission failed.

    3) Was the rant-package sent to the right person? Did he receive it? Yes? Proceed to 4). No? Mission failed.

    4) Was the rant-package sent in a readable and organized fashion with a proper outline or summary referencing the pages? Does it make a simple, legible point? Yes, Proceed to 5). No? Mission failed.

    5) Considering all of the previous steps were followed in some manner, your material is in a format they can acually use, and they determine you're someone actually worth listening to... did you ask them to confirm they received the mad rant and would seriously look it over? Yes? Wait and be patient. No? Mission failed.


    This isn't a mom & pop donut shop where you can talk to one person and get direct results. PWE is a multi-national corporation with 3000 employees. The problems one would face? Presenting this information to the right person who is actually responsible for taking care of customer complaints and who can actually handle this bulk package of information. Also, it's really important that this person actually cares. If not, you're just sending him work to do that will most likely not get done.

    I do agree that the OP didnt plan it to well, and will honestly if it even makes it to PW-CN will get laughed at. I was just stating that it would be kinda cool to pull a Jericho on PWE/PW-CN and send a ton of stuff(packs/rubber bands). BTW I looked back they sent 50,000 nuts to CBS New York(10 000 in 1 day)

    I didn't say I didn't like the idea, just that it most likely wouldn't matter... even if it did, it most likely wouldn't make it to the right person. In any event, situations like this don't really matter. The ramblings of one person complaining about everything < a few hundred or more people complaining about a single topic that can be categorized into a yes/no like/dislike.

    For a corporation to take a 'book report' seriously, you need to have some major credentials or be paid for services.

    The PWi staff are incompetent if they are banning people just because of foreign ip's, unless that user sends a ticket about being **** then they shouldn't give a rats *** if its being accessed by another ip or not. So i suffer for it.

    Oh come on Mikey, better to do something than nothing. We've all been complaining about how they care more about their money than the satisfaction of the players for ages, and those hundreds or more people aren't getting through.

    All we've really done over the past three years is complain via pixels, and try to communicate via pixels. Nobody has accomplished really getting IN their face, and that's the truth. The idea has promise. After all, they only have so much space to put rubber bands, and they'll have to waste time and resources getting rid of those rubber bands in one way or another, whether they throw them out, or burn them, or return the package to the sender. They'll be loosing time, money, and patience with so many rubber bands, and two things will happen:

    1:) They will get so pissed off that they'll shut down the game entirely. (Unlikely, since this is a MAJOR source of their income, even with FW out--)

    2:) They might actually get it through their heads that we're sick of the bullshlt.

    I'm all for it. HeIl, I'll even donate a few dollars to the cause. I'd rather spend my money telling them we're sick of their **** than give them another CENT on packs.

    according to the ToS sharing accounts is a bannable offence.
    dura lex sed lex, maybe you should learn a lesson and begin to read before you sign a document/accept terms of service.

    According to the ToS its also not allowed to take actions which are hindering other players in having fun, and now look at all those KSers, harrassers. Not even one GM cares. I have sent many screenshots with people ksing on purpose just cause they are higher lvl and know you cant do anything against it, and i sent many screenshots about people cursing other player and even cursing the GMs, but guess what...

    First the answer was "KSing is allowed" i rejected that answer and told them about the ToS saying "its not allowed to take actions which are hindering other players in having fun". I didnt get any answer to this ticket, they just closed it. I sent them another ticket asking them why they didnt answer me and telling them about more problems, the answer was "ty for showing us the issue, we appreciate every help" i rejected that answer and sent another ticket.....the answer was same, there i noticed they didnt even read my tickets, it was an autoresponse.

    So all in one they dont care for their owt ToS and they dont read all tickets, so if you have a problem and you send a ticket dont be sure you will get any help, and forget about ToS, its like one of those KSers said, the GMs only care for money, as long as you use real cash you wont get banned, and even if you follow the ToS they still bann you, and the funnyest thing is, if you get KSed and you KS back for justice, then its YOU who gets banned.

    On topic:
    They do read tickets. While it might not be the response you want or even if it takes a few weeks, they do read it. The question is, how exactly are you portraying what you are trying to show? Are you cursing at them in the ticket? Are you being rude? Or maybe it's such a common thing that you're reporting that they don't really want to reply to it and rather put their time into other tickets?

    Also, I can't really tell if it's an autoresponse or not, but have you ever thought of the possibility of it that they have standard responses to everything?

    If Player A talked about Problem B, then I need to give them Reply/Answer C.
    If Player B talked about Problem B, then I need to give them Reply/Answer C.
    If Player C talked about Problem D, then I need to give them Reply/Answer E.

    If that made sense.

    oh no, shoot me for braking such an important rule, and even if its like you said, still they dont care for the ToS nore they care for us player, bugs havent been fixed in years, glitches havent been fixed in years, its the first and only game i see where the GMs dont really do their job

    The Gm's don't fix bugs or Glitches that's the Dev's but off topic.

    On Topic : My only encounter with the Gm's is when they have been helping guildies/friends and they have always been pretty good at getting an issue sorted .

    Ie: A couple of friends got **** within hours the guilty party had been tracked, banned and all gear returned.

    Anyway, i am very unhappy with the devs/gms of pw, so far i never got any help from them and i dont see them doing anything for the players

    Do you realize the difference? The other person is KSing because they are trying to kill the mobs. You KS back out of malice with intent. See, if you are getting KSed, you have the option of moving. But when you are purposely KSing a player to try and cause them problems, you not allowing them to move, you are harassing.

    By the way, if they are such a higher level that you can be KSed so easily by them, obviously you wouldn't be able to KS them. If you are able to KS them though, then that means it is still fair competition. Hell, on my Psychic I'm leveling, I kill most mobs in two shots, and any third shot is just using one of my DoT's that I have at level one because I want to save the MP. I don't want to have to hit 3k on a mob that has 200 HP left, but I digress.

    Point is, you are KSing to prevent them from enjoying the game, where they were KSing because they simply wanted to get a quest done or grind in that area. I have my favorite grind areas after all, and I don't move for anyone.

    Now to the real topic, nice necro. Wonder what ever happened with that package.

    The way I see it, if you're going to be poking PWE to do their job with their rules and such, then you need to do your part, too, because the way you're going...I don't think it's helping your case at all. Way to be a double-standard hypocrite.

    @AuroraLucia: I'm kind of curious, too...but like someone else said in the earlier posts...they did probably end up tossing it. Imagine going through 506 screenshots...

    Dont try to turn it around, i dont ks at all btw, i just mean if people do so, if i ks, then its cause i didnt see someone else attacking, and i guess you never heared anything about sharing, for example i was trying to do my 2 oracles i got from the supply stash, but there was someone lvl 80+ killing all the pirates just for leveling, i cant move from that spot cause there are no other spots with those pirates, and idk how many oracles the other person is having, but he was also not sharing...tabbing around and 1-2 hitting the mobs, and if you asked him to stop KSing he said "i am not KSing". So dont tell me they KS to do their quests, i dont KS if i do my quests, i share the area. If you attack a mob first then i leave it to you.

    Further, if you look at how many posts i had you can tell i dont post much and yes i didnt read the rules of the forum, i was saying my opinion and thought of meeting people with same opinion, but i was wrong.

    And about this topic, i really hope it helps and the devs start doing something for us.
