something against power abusing?

There are some way to combat or report power abusing? For example a low lvl white name grinding and been killed again and again by the same char?

I expect some answers like 'if you don't want be killed go to pve server' i know that if i'm in pvp server i can be killed but i think isn't the same be killed for a random pk that someone who is bored and the only what have to do in the day is kill the same char 70lvls less who are trying to complete quest and lvl up.

    if the same person if griefing you/preventing you questing (especially cultivation quests) then as Dys says ticket is your friend. their will always be those who get their jollies attacking lowbies - a kill is a kill in their book. I don't think they get additional kill counts though for repeatedly killing the same person - so only 1 milimeter on their epeen no matter how many times they kill you - small comfort i know.
