Str build for sins

hi everybody,

First,

I have some questions about this build because I'm making a sin and I'm looking for the good way to build it first. I know that its written on the sticky topic that a level 100 found a good way to be strong using this build.

But, how is it really at low level?

Is this build really effective?

I mean do you spend a lot of in-game coin for this?

I started my sin, and i realised that pretty much all of his stats require using daggers as a weapon why using str build and fist than? What is the biggest adventage?

I havnt noticed answers for these questions on the sticky guide.

At the moment, I'm making a pure dex sin. Should I change build?

The sticky actually combines 2 builds into one.

The first is the Vitality Build (1vit, 1str, 1dex per level).

What it calls the Endgame Version is simply a way to restat your sin at endgame to use fists/HA for high defense and 5.0aps unsparked.

Low level? Do not do it. You will not be able to use your daggers, and thus sacrifice the damage bonus from Dagger Devotion as well as not being able to use skill. You will also experience a huge reduction in accuracy, damage, and evasion due to the loss of dex for HA.

Unless done endgame when you can achieve 5.0 aps unsparked from it, no it's not.

Anything endgame will cost you a lot of money, whether with in game coin or CSd with actual money. Unless you have this build from the start (which I do NOT recommend), you will have to spend real money to buy Reset Notes (rarely sold by players). If you have a pure dex build at lvl 100 when you restat to HA/fists, you will need 15 USD for an Advanced Reset Note (resets 100 points of one stat).

Should you change? No. This build is really for only the hard-core, endgame players who want a change. It's usually used for farming TTs, like Okeano is doing. However, some sins actually use this in PvP, like Litegreen (but I think he's still HA).

Ty very much for all your answers. So Ill keep on my dex build (ill probably put a little in vit if ineed viability). Oh, and i just add that I really like the assassin for the gameplay. Its really different than an archer! That's what I enjoy.

Vitality is not really going to do you much more than avoiding one-shots, for which you are better off sharding citrines in your armor. Plus, Bloodpaint heals you according to the damage you deal, so you will want to do deal as much damage as possible.

    My pleasure :)

If you make it all the way to endgame w/ pure dex build, You'll become well known & good at surviving w/ that build. You could go str build for Heavy Armor + CV Claws, easier to achieve 5aps PVE farming & switch/reset to pure dex later on when you have so much $ from soloing instances for your gears. b:laugh

-- although it might sound like a good suggestion, I'd still prefer Pure Dex for a sin though. You'll become a pro w/ what you know you can do & what you can't* ^^
