Banned leader still receive TW pay or no?

if you were the leader of a faction holding land and had been banned over the course of several weeks tw pay, would your account still receive those mirages in the mail if you got unban and were to check?

    you cant log on to the account, the character still exists, since you can receive mail while you're banned. i would assume yes, the only person know that would know is on an indefinite leave of absence, but i guess you'll find out of when your ban is lifted.
