Another moon?

Was flying up into the sky to cruise to arch from Raging Tides for BH today and saw the moon.

Butttt then realised it wasnt the moon. Looked around and poof, theres the moon behind me... So my question is, have I been missing something since like forever, or is this some random little secret that I has discovered?

As far as I can tell it fades out as you get close to DW , but you can see it from 668,125 (RT) and a lot nearer to DWport itself.

    I was always under the impression that the one by Raging Tide was a planet. -shrug-

    But it's nothing new. Been there since the expansion was released.

    The other moon can be seen anywhere in the far east of the map, I think. I first noticed it when I went to Angler's Village for the first time.

    I shudder to think how broken the race ensuing from such an expansion would be.

    Laser gunner (Slower than archer atk rate, but hits a lot harder)

    Mecha-barb. Doesnt take any physical damage, immune to MetalDamage and WoodDamage, takes double damage from Water/Fire/Earth. Has 200k HP at Lv 100 with no "Armor" points.

    I don't know if thats a bug or just part of the game.

    I believe that's the moon its just part of the game but theres just a few issues with it I guess.

    Only explantion is the "Other" moon as you called it is a graphically updated and more advance moon than the "normal" moon, again as you called it, than we normally see everywhere else.

    Considering they meant Raging Tide to be another world all by itself it kinda makes sense that their moon will be different looking. Because they are supposedly "underwater".

    Its kool, il admit that but... Inconsistant much lol? I mean, having 2 moons would be fine if it didnt randomly disapear halfway across the map (Itd be interesting to see a quest explaining the two moons or something, liek the Goshiki chain explaining the TB races.) or they coulda replaced the normal one.

    Still, shame it wasnt something interesting I dug up b:cry

    It's simply a planet drawn into the sky texture for that area. Oh look, mystery solved. I know grim beat me somewhat to it, but he was also doubtful between planet and moon... I think.

    Protip: Back then before release, it was reversed. The planet side was moved north to prevent planet/moon overlapping.

    With the Wraith being the undisputed rulers of whatever the planet is named, they are looking to expand. However, space travel hasn't been invented yet, so they set up a clever plan to make the next planet to conquer come to them instead.

    That's also why they still keep the humans (and fishes) around. They could easily destroy every city and village, but pretty much everything on the planet has been built by the humans (and fishes), they have teleportation and flight systems and whatever. So, the humans (and fishes) could be useful to build the gateway to actually reach the other planet when it's close enough.

    There's been discussion within the Wraith leadership to just crash the new planet into the current one, without having to mess with the humans (and fishes). The Wraith are rather resilient, after all --- you kill them, and they are back in just a minute or two. They should survive such a crash without too much hassle.

    The resources not available on packs . . but the spaceship parts can be received from packs. b:infuriated b:laugh
    Just about 100 parts but half of them only had 0,001% chance to be received via packs.
