A little trust in clerics? :D

i think plp dont fully trust cleric in matters of keeping them alive and things,
i was gone in this bh99 abbadon and our barb had to afk for a long while so squad wanted to kick him and get another tank , so i just said one of the sins should try tanking ( i healed them on our way when we killed mobs so i kno they arent a one hit) but nobody seemed to give an answer i promised i wouldnt let the fishy die that tanks i would spam heal him/her like crazy >;3 well one of the fishies said oke her charm only ticked once but for the rest it was fine she tanked all bosses she was also surpriced she could tank these bosses without charm r.ape.
i saw this more often like tanks/dds using ToP at 80% hp caus they think there gonna die x_x makes me think like im not blind i see that your hp went down but your not gonan die so your fine for now.
what you guys think had something liek this aswell? ;S

    Thats because most people still havnt grasped the idea, that for most part a group of people with fully elite instance geared, is more less OP for the content...

    People are probably judging from past experience. Most clerics aren't that great at their job and a lot of players don't want to put their faith into somethings they probably already experienced.

    Can't really blame them. Not to mention there are things like lag.

    hmm guess so but one experience that happend in the past doesnt need to be apllied on all clerics, well i wouldnt rly say i could keep someone 100% alive if i lagg but if i dont lagg what i almost never do wouldnt be bad to try trusting.

    lol. its totally diff to me. i tend to trust clerics...is why i die so often in squads...

    why would you trust a random stranger for anything?

    especially if charmed..i guess that's why they use top at 80%

    I doubt its just one experience, from my experience playing on alts... most clerics are horrible.b:cry

    What ive notice is, it seems the majority of "new players" that come here to PWI generally end up being clerics because of the ability to fly at birth....(i'm sure they tried archer first, dumped it because of the mana burn from wings.)

    EVERY single person i have invited to come play this game ended up doing just that.

    there could be some trusts , or you could even start saying why would you let someone bank in tt that you dont even kno?

    Being a cleric is easy. Being a good cleric is hard.

    As those of us who care enough to check the cleric forums are usually the ones who know what we're doing, we don't often appreciate that the vast majority do not, and it's that majority that everyone else has to deal with. b:surrender

    I sort of like the fact that a lot of people don't trust a cleric completely. Because it keeps them on their toes and they don't fully depend on the cleric. Thus if the cleric is busy trying to keep someone else alive, the other can use pots or their own healing skill for the time being.
