Unable to get the Pillar Pet Egg

I have more than plenty points but whenI tab over the Pillar Pet "SEND" tab it doesnt light up yellow. I tried everything as far as clearing cookies, logging off, refreshing page and so on. I cant select the Rank Medal either..... I WANT MY SPARKLEY BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: I can get all the other stuff above the Pillar Pet Egg. BUUUUUUUT Again.... I WANT MY SPARKLEY BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
