Anyone having problems with -interval stacking?

As the title say.... I've made tt99 and cape. With axes I'm at 1 aps and with claws/fists without -interval I'm at 2.0 and 2.86 sparked. I made myself a set of OHT Claws that have -.05 on them and I get 2.22 not sparked but still only get 2.86 sparked!?!?!?! Please tell me I'm not the only one. I searched the forums but didn't have much luck all I found was people complaining about how they don't have -interval and are jealous basically. If anyone has this problem please feel free to comment.

    It's all based on how the game rounds to the nearest -.05 interval, for those kinds of questions it's best to view the bm/archer/or sin forums.
