I NEED MY ZEN FFS..

whats this reviewing BS ....just make the god ****ed FN transaction...why now after 20 + purchases do i have to confirm my fn e-mail address,...

what else can u guys **** up....actually dont answer that......just put my fn zen in my wallet so i can purchase ****.

    I am having the same problem. I have already verified my e-mail address previously and today I make my first purchase of zen and I am getting reviewed and I check my e-mail and there is no notification as to what I need to do... either give me my zen or give me a ****ing refund or I will report this **** through my PayPal account and notify my creditcard company to stop the payment.


    P.S. PayPal has already sent me the receipt for the transaction so I know the payment has been processed by them.

    Wow, so you send me a verification e-mail an hour later (expecting me to monitor my inbox constantly) and it is expired? Ok, so now that you have cancelled the transaction are you going to refund the 10 dollars? As it currently is now PaypPal has still charged me for the ten dollars.

    How can you expect anyone to respond to an e-mail that arrives an hour after the transaction and still expect a quick response? The expiration for the verification e-mail is a joke.


    This is so many levels of bull****. I better not see a charge to PerfectWorld on my CC bill.

    If the transaction has indeed been canceled, there is no reason to expect you were actually charged anything.

    However, Fuzzy suggest you can follow up by submitting a ticket here.
