Gem pack in Socket Pack?

I was wondering what's the limit on the level of the gem in a Gem Pack, which is obtained from the Socket Stone Pack.

Is it possible to get a lvl 11 stone out of it? Or a Genesis stone?

Or will it be shards only? (Shabby to Incomparable)

    Seems like they're not worth the gamble, as with gold prices now, this pack is around 14-15k per socket stone..

    well considering socet stones used to be 6 silver each (true gem pack 10 for 60 silver)

    and have now gone down to 2.6 silver a peice, (75 for 200 silver) that should reduce the price substantially.
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.
