hello i got a problem when i press START

hello i got a problem when i press START a screen pops up with all letters and stuff but when i press okay the screen just shutsdown i tried playing on lowest setiings but it doesnt start does anyone knows an anwser?im on the family pcb:chuckle

    Its best to do a Verify on your data to see if it installed correctly if you have issues starting the game, its at the top of the patcher if you're looking for it.

    Did you try restarting PC and it does the same thing, i remember a thread of someone had this issue before.

    Solution 1: Be patient xD

    Now for real ^^. You should try to reinstall the whole thing. That work most of the times.

    Well as I can see you have a character that is leveled, so do you have a new PC or something? Or was PWI working on that PC before?
