Invalid Server Time (West Coast)

I'm playing from Russia, and my time differs for 11 hours from Server Time (Sanctuary). Today morning I've seen a really strange picture: Server Time of West Coast servers was -1:43:10 PM (instead of 11:43:10 PM).

Thats not a big bad problem, just looks a little strange b:pleased

    It's possible your browser could be reading your machine time instead of our server time. You can try emptying cookies and cache, then restart the browser or try another browser. If you try my suggestion let us know what you find. Thanks for the post.

    Allright, that's what I did this time: I used another PC, another browser (Internet Explorer instead of Mozilla Firefox), cleared cache and cookies. However, server time of West Coast servers still looks strange:

    As you can see, my time is displayed correctly, time of East Coast servers is also correct.

    I can find 1 possible reason for that: maybe East Coast timer is independent, but West Coast time depends on it? Something like that:
    West Coast time = East Coast time - 3:00:00

    If thats is the reason of error, then it can be solved by adding simple check or making separate timer for West Coast.

    That's all that I can suppose at the moment.
