    Not sure if this will help, but i was still playing on my Cleric (lv 73) when we got married the 1st time. My hubby got me HH70 sword, along with the matching armor set, and a bunch of those flowers you buy 1 gold from the boutique.
    2nd time, my Sin was only lv 45, or so. Got me new daggers, and a Lovebird Dress, oh, and a Blazing Tempest.
    Got to tell you the trust, I really loved the flowers from the boutique, they are the cutest things. I would suggest those. Good luck

    1. I like the Rose firework myself its one fo the few things in game actualy called Rose and u can buy alot for cheap so a dozen is easy to do :D.
    2. I also collect the Orchidilla Flower it is a quest item given out to every char once and nobody knows what it does but in its description it says known for pleasing ladies and its an Orchid flower looks nice so very romantic.
    3. There are a few WQ items that turn out really well but i havent seen any romantic ones so far still keep eyes open.
    4. If u have manufacturing skills go manu a lil ring somethign with a good name like the Diamond Ring or Friendship ring but since u manued it.The thing will have ur name on it and thus have more sentimental value as a keepsake.
    5. look for class specific treats like for my first in game wife(dont ask about the first part) i was a barb i bought a tabby plumdrop and named it myself and gave it to her saying i was hers from now on.
    6. Also dont underestimate teh romantic trip around PWI there are amazing graphics in thsi game jsut like rl pick her up fly aroudn see teh waterfalls the eloquant rainbows and just have a good time a gift is nice but memories last forever.
