Why can't i open a cat shop?

sorry if this has been already discussed but i couldn't find a relavent answer to this in other thread.

I'm trying to open a consignment shop for the 1st time but it doesn't seem to work for me.

this is the process i'm following;

press 'E'
press consigment shop icon
move items to sell in box on left
enter shop name
click 'Done'

the catshop appears but as soon as i close the shop & inventory windows, the shop dissapears.

could anyone kindly tell me what i'm doing wrong?b:cry

Alphae - Lost City

You can't move around while in cat shop, you have to remain still with the shop window open. If you want to play while selling things, either shout on world chat or use the auction house.

Closing the shop window closes the shop, it's as simple as that.
