Genie skill rumbling thunder

hey everyone i got a question for one of the genie skill. the description says:
Launches a sphere of ball lightning at the target
that deals 1058.2 Metal damage.
The hit chance is determined by Character's Accuracy.

Strength: Each Genie Strength point increases the damage by 7.2.

Causes triple damage to targets in the air.
Causes double damage to very close targets.

if the target was in the air and also next to me does the damage stack? like 6x the original damage
