Re-Allocate Character Points?

Would it be possible to reset my character points? I "accidently" allocated over half (cough cough) to Magic and Strength even though I'm a Dexterity based archer..b:cry

I also have another question..

When you delete a character they're still there and you get the "Restore" and "Create" options, but how do I PERMANENTLY delete said character?

    http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=906892 this thread pretty much covers it. You can find them (reset notes) in the boutique under the utility section, I believe. If you're still at a low-ish level (say, under 30) then I'd recommend just restarting with a new character because reset notes can be kinda pricey for those new to the game.

    Edit: Characters will be permanently deleted 7 days after you choose the delete option.
