Why dont see on pw website my venomancer?

I have a lv80+ veno after my cleric I play the most but I dont see her on forum, but see all other small lv alts and the main cleric. A bit irritating, because I dont get the points for the dq I grind with them in he new event. :(
Any opinion how could I refresh my listing?
