Cash Cards A Scam?

So I bought A Cash card and typed in the Value, & Pin #. It Tells me I now have to Pay a service fee. (If I did it threw my credit card I would not have to pay that fee.) Thats not the problem.

ok so now I have $1.14 amount due before they will give me my $20 card value. How would i pay for this if I had no other way of paying for the game other than cash, I have already scrached the back of the card and cant return it.

I figure I have some money in pay-pal, but pay-pal is not a option for paying this $1.14 balence due, as a matter of fact they dont give me any way to pay for it at all!

I have submited a ticket, but if someone can help me now that would be great! (considering the reason i payed by cash was to get my Zen today!!)

I should have just payed by credit and I would have never had this problem.

service fee?? i can see them takin a service fee from the card value that would make sense, so a $20 card would end up being $18.86 which would give you 18 gold and 86 silver so its still pretty decent.. but effectively holding your funds until you punch in a valid credit card number and pay the fee kinda defeats the purpose of the cards i think.. if this is the case its better to buy one of those $25-30 prepaid visa cards from the grocery store, at least then you can do your 20 gold and have some money left over to use somewhere else like a variety store or somethin.

Hmm, id be interested to see how this turns out, i was thinkin of gettin a pwi card around xmas time and gettin myself a faster flyer as a present to myself, but if i'd have to toss cash onto my prepaid visa to be able to cover this "service fee" anyways, i may as well just pay with the visa, or ya know, do like i've been doing since I started playing and dont cs at all.. Hey frankie can you clarify this for us plz? and maybe inbox me your answer in case this thread gets bumped down so low i cant find it later.

This Is what they told me to do (Still Got Scamed!)

I got a $20 card and i have to choose the $10 card option. So the $10 left over pays for the $1.14, but now they have $8.86 of my money that I can't get back unless i buy 7 more cards or buy a value of $140 in card form. (Why Would I do that after they bully me for my money)

I wanted 20 cubi and now have only 10.

I only did Pay by Cash to see how it worked and only planed to do it once, now they are forcing me to do it! (Crooks)

Why would you do this to me after all we have been threw PWI b:angry
