What is good gear for a level 70 Veno?

I got wand of acalantha for 800k, but its +1 and +20 mgk attack. But i'm wondering if theres any thing better then that I can buy at this level or what are my best options.

    That's not bad. It shouldn't take too long to get to 80, so there's no point in investing in something over the top if the wand serves its purpose. The only thing you need to be aware of is that if you want one of the TT80 swords (such as Endless Ambiguity), you'll need the 70 to manufacture it if you don't plan on buying it.

    You're 70...don't bother getting anything really nice until 85 or so. Just make sure to hit these benchmarks:

    3k HP buffed by 75-80 for TT 1-3.
    4.5k HP buffed by 85-90 for TT 3-1.

    Your best choice for PvP.

    Ashura's Sign > Yaska > Innocent Reverie > Inferno Heaven Ravager: Soulless = Nirvana upgradable
    Grief's Breath > Endless Ambiguity > Blade of the Red Dust

    Wand is consistent damage/heals, perhaps better for PvE, but it's a dead-end path... it upgrades to 80 gold which is mostly worthless unless you're going for Frost weapon at 85 then Lunar at 95.

    Cheapest 99 gold to make for Nirvana upgrade is glave, but glaves are ****.

    Well, I bought a snow dance robe (which looks awesome btw) for a steal price for 700k, all the other ones were 1.5m or higher for the exact same weapon or weaker. So now I want to get the pants and i'll be ready to go till 85. Maybe find some better boots and belt along the way too.

    Cheapest 99 gold to make for Nirvana upgrade is the Divine Aegis pataka since it doesn't need a souledge, but patakas are ****.

    I like glaives on wizzies, great spike damage and they don't have pitifully low end attack like patakas.

    P.S. If patakas can't be nirvanad for some god foresaken reason (I honestly don't know), I stand corrected in advance xD

    Twilight armor is utterly useless before 90... don't bother wasting money on it, 3* and molds till 90 ftw b:pleased

    no but it sure is pretty =) ill just sell it back by then. Trust me, it will be a LONG time till im level 90 xD. And i've found a couple molds so far, one was a wheel of fate which I have in auction, and the other one is the amulet of legion or something but its -3% channelling so I wear that.

    honestly i'm still usin my tt60 mag sword, does just fine, one socket with a lesser level stone in it givin me a +10 mag attk i think, and refined to +2 i believe (cant remember off the top of my head) tho i am slowly farming for the 70.. i find if i out damage my pet (which i do sometimes, especially on a crit) theres a good change i'm gonna haveta run or ask a cleric nicely for heals (or hit my genie's tree button of course) while my pet re-establish's aggro, so i havent bothered getting anything too powerful, sure later on i'll need something with more bite, especially when i start doing FCC runs, but for now it does just fine, both in grinding and in bh/tt runs (tho i have managed once to out-aggro a barb, just once, and only cuz i managed to crit on the first shot before he got enough hits in to get full aggro)

    I was thinking of a weapon path that was actually usable though. Never paid attention to the pataka cause it's pretty much the worst weapon you could pick lol. My bad.

    well, im pretty happy with my Sakayumi's Light. It hits hard and gives a good bit of pdef which is a plus if u plan to pvp against melees.
    Mine is +5 atm with 2 x immac sapphires and it hits harder than +1 single sharded lvl80 weapons.

    um... that's how low your HP's are??? I've got 4K at 72 UNBUFFED.... I've got HP shards in everything but still...

    I have to agree. For a veno the pataka has to be the worst idea, especially the Aegis. It would work for a cleric, and hell, even a wizard and psychic, but not a veno.

    I think both of the 90/99 gold paths are pretty decent. The glaive at 80 and 90 aren't so bad, but when you hit 99, it's really a bad weapon compared to anything else you can get, but it leaves you with the cheap option to Nirvana.

    Sure, there are better individual weapons you can pick as you level up from 6x-10x, but you can level so fast these days you don't really need to bother. I just listed a couple easy to follow paths that make sense, at least to me.

    Ummm... what?

    At 70, Dark Pants of Hades... At 77 Sleeves of Sea Captain and Steppenwolf's Cape if you can afford it. If you can't, there should be a decent sleection of lvl 70 3* tops in the AH. That only leaves boots. All are fine until you hit 90. Unless you're going to be a pure PK build, your gear between 70-90 isn't going to matter a whole lot, unless you plan on being a mid-level gear snob, which is ridiculous in it's own right.

    What's funny is I had two sets of HA and AA 80 gold armor. For my archer I used 80 green LA because it was free and decently refined/sharded. I used 70 green on my cleric, wiz, veno, barb, bm, then when done with it I sold it and used the coin toward 80 gold which didn't cost me much.

    For any class of mages and HA users, I don't think 80 green is worth it unless they use LA either solely or interchangeably.

    I would just get some NPC armour and wait later or save for your TT90 set which is what I am doing with my Cleric.

    At 7x, get either quest rewards, rank gear, molds, or 3 star equips for armor. You should NOT be using regular NPC armor still at ****ing 7x.

    Where is this quest rewards gear and I am not rich enough to buy mold?I was only able to afford Sleeves of the sea Captain.I am going to use Npc armour in my 80s unless there is quest gear for 80 lvls.

    You are quite lucky with how cheap gear is now... I remember when I got my wiz (back when I played it) sleeves of sea captain mold for about ~1 mil now its like 100k or less

    I have been invited to a lot of squads and I used real money on that Herc and yes they do mean a lot if Herc Venos take out mobs that are in the way instead of the Barbs.b:laugh yes I can use silly smilies to.

    You have yet to show to me where that gear is.
