ok im level 55 and i am having a lot of trouble with this quest, i can beat the first 15 mobs ok, but i am having trouble with the last 15, any ideas or suggestions would be great

yup, i know exactly how you feel. There isn't enough time right? well i waited till i was well into my 60's before trying it again, and was still terrible. I ended up tricking it somehow to have no timer, so after that it was no problem.

i guess you are talking about this part of the TB-Quest series where you have to kill the soldiers and officers in that single room with a timelimit. Just wait till you are 5 or 10 lvls above and take some mana pots with you then beating the quest within the limit shouldnt be a prob

waiting works. On sanctuary my wiz was lvl 87 when I did that quest. Easy peasy.


On this server, I had to do it like 3 or 4 times till I figured it out. Pulled 2 and 3 at a time with genie into my dragon breath (I always kept that skill at max for my level - i loved it) with earthen flame. Too many? Knockback from lvl 1 earthquake works wonders.

Of course I was light armor at those levels too b:victory

I also carried those pink/purple pots that give mp and hp. they stack with the red and blue pots. They are expensive, but in a pinch, at those levels they are like a third charm.

Also might be worth looking at what apoth is available for your level. Theres a lower level channeling powder and I think there are some damage reduction apoths lower than stone turtle orb ("rock powder" I think, anyone know minimum level for that?).

i guess you can do it in a safer way if you kill em 1by1 --> mobs are not aggro so there should be no prob. should be able to be done without apo pots too

Er, even if i agree, i am not sure how much help to the OP is it to simply say:

"you should be able to do it no prob . . . ."

Yea, the key to this is not the killing of the mobs, rather the time limit that they give you.
The second wave of mobs really sucks cos they have high hp, and they interrupt like mad.

Seriously, use DPS spells. You know, Gush and Pyrogram. Do NOT use heavy and slow nukes. And bring pots. Lots of them for safety. Piece of cake.
