Except it kinda is.

I want to make a build based around what I have so far, and the money I have to spend. Not quite endgame gear; just a for now build for TW while I do Nirvana to get more monies in the future.

The xbow I already have, and I likes it. I'll get a Heaven Shatterer eventually, so don't tell me how much my wep sucks D:

Also already have chest, belt, neck, and bracers.

What should I change, if anything, while still staying within the cost limit of those gears roughly?

    If you like the xbow go ahead and refine it to +7 as the +5 is a little low for a weapon.
    Next I would replace the cape with an -.05 int cape and the belt with a 4th past map belt.
    After that go for TT99 bracers, then either TT99 ornament or quench your pants.

    It has to do with mare's being half off.

    If you're going with an xbow, why not try for the 99 green soul shatter xbow? Just curious, since I don't ever see anyone use it.

    I have a friend in faction who uses it. The soul shatter proc is nice, but I liked the +3% crit on the Constellation:Fall better.
