I cant update the game, why?

when i open pwi and start updating it it stops and says "Error Update listed files error" and i hit ok. also the part where it shows whats new doesnt show up it says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" im not sure what that means. so it wont let me play the game and i miss playing pwi.

    Try to verify your client or patch manually here. I'm not quite sure what your error message means but it could mean your files are corrupt or your patcher doesn't know where in your given lists to update from.

    I've had PWI on computer since april and now I have problems. I have a serious problem with opening the element client and I've tried to reinstall the game TWICE now and each time it says I have a component missing PackDLL.dll. is there a way to get this to work manually or am I just screwed? my antivirus is sophos and Sophos says that the component is part of Mal/Gampass-B. What the heck does that mean and what do I do to get this to work?b:cryb:cryb:cry
