    There are no mats. You cannot make wings.

    You get 0.5m/s Eagle Wings on level 30 from a quest. Other than that, you can only buy wings from from others or the boutique.

    Any wings with "Manufactures by NameHere" means that the person used Wind Widgets to boost the speed, not that they made the wings.

    That is only true if you've never done the quest before. And if that would be true, you'd have the quest in your log and you could check which mats it requires.

    If you lost your wings, you can talk to the Winged Elf Recluse to get new wings for some coins.

    And the DQ in question is Element Fragment, btw.

    Now that's a real problem. Nobody can get Lvl 31 DQ items at lvl 30, that's just not possible. Try to find 7 lvl 105 people equipped with the best stuff the cash shop can give you to help you get those mats, or else you won't stand a chance.

    I could be persuaded to sell you some really cheap, though. How does 10M a piece sound?

    if you have a look in the quest section - look in the quest guides for the level 30 quests - you will see what mats you will need.

    list of quest guides - good for general help on your quests up to mid/high level
    list of level 3x quests - go here and scroll down to the "Flying" quests - looks like you need 5 element fragments

    and yes you can farm the mats at any level - just be aware to get DQ31 mats you will have to probably kill mobs a few levels higher than you. So you will probably pay more in pots than you normally would. try the golems just north east of silver pool, near carmelia gardner if you want to farm element fragments - during 2x you should get plenty. You will need some for later quests too so keep yourself about 20 or 30 in reserve - you should be able to sell the rest for a reasonable profit.

    That is far too cheap.

    I would not buy them for a penny under a billion coins each.

    (Which means I might have to wait awhile, considering how many coins I have right now.)
