Server time

ok so I am playing pwi for awhile now..(this is not my main)...but I actually never been in tw although mine main is 9x...So last week I decided to give it a shoot and I got facepalmed...Look on this picture it clearly says I am 3h behind east coast servers http://www.imageupload.org/?di=1612881948955 tws r reguraly(20:00 server time right? thats 8pm?) so I got ingame at 7pm or 19:00 and guess what I asked in fac if they r ready for tw and all said its not yet its in like 5 hours and really it was in 1 am my time 1:00.. How is this possible if it clearly says on website I am 3 hours behind east coast server so tws should be at 17:00 for me right?

    I'm not quite sure myself, but judging by the Archosaur Raid event Friday, the servers are the on correct time (Western servers are Pacific [8:53] and Eastern servers are EST [11:53]).

    That is right as it is Pacific time zone they use being Based in San Fransisco.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    As there is no way to tell (so far as I can find) perfectworld.com your time zone, the server time app is broken unless you're on Pacific time. Just remember that the West Coast servers (Lost City, Heavens Tear, Sanctuary and Archosaur) are on Pacific time (GMT-7 until end of daylight savings time early next month, then GMT-8) and the East Coast servers (Dreamweaver, Harshlands, Raging Tide) are on Eastern time (GMT-4 until end of daylight savings time, then GMT-5.)
