Is there a lack of barbs on LC server?

I'm a level 64 almost 65 venomancer, and I tell you it is soo hard to find a barbarian for bh51! Past few days we've had to settle for a high level bm which is nice too but i'm just worried that i'm not getting any barbs to bh with. Maybe I need a new faction that is focused around bh51 and up.

    i believe there not enough new players of barbs, cleric and all the other class
    i think everyone playing sin or the psy

    Sin or BM, TBH. People won't take you on anything unless you're 5.0 so everyone is making one to gear up their other classes.

    And there you have it Lidell... sins or bms 5 aps have put the barbs out of business. So most are on alt bms' or sin's themselves now. But I will have to say you dont always have to have a traditional tank for 51 either. Is like everyone going insane to get a barb for 59 too..mages make better tanks in there... use what ya got, if the cleric is good who cares who tanks =D

    I tanked all my BH's in the 7x bracket, 4k hp unbuffed. Was easy mode. With a spark macro everyone else could go all out and I didn't lose aggro at any given point. New players just don't know how the instances work yet and by the time they do it doesn't matter.

    Not many people wanna play barb anymore as most other classes can tank as well depending on what it is you are doing. With so many players moving to int. stats, barbs can no longer hold agro in an instance and since they are not a big dps class they are becoming less desirable to have in your party. Unfortunately for most ppl that still play a barb they are finding that they are only wanted in a squad that is looking for buffs.


    Other than that barbs are still useful for rebirth and TW... both of which are done far less these days.

    pretty much all what trel said i wouldent recomend newb 2 play a barb cos our job end at 8x after that we get replaced and only look after for our buff and some luring.
    pretty fail in my opinion how it end at 9x my job is dead boring now.
    i wana play ather classes but it would take a while 2 lv cos no barb but really why play one
    when devs love dps/aps so much they dont dare 2 cap it.
    ofc ppl would get mad but who cares if the ppl spending 1000 bucks get screwed the game is in ruin ty 2 it.

    maybe make bosses hit SO hard that even all dps in the world wont save them from being 1 shoot why boss.Then and then maybe barb get back its tank job but me it wont happen
    cos they love the money they get from aps cash shoppers.

    so story short DONT MAKE A BARB wish mean get a bm wiz or ather classes 2 tank ur bh and bosses.

    I had to read that twice to figure out what he was saying.

    Anyways, it pretty much is 5.0 or GTFO. Barbs can maintain their usefulness by gearing for 5.0 but they are still pretty much just buff hoes, since BM's/ Assassins still out DD them. One COULD further their usefulness by being demon and glitching claws into tiger form, but that's banable.

    Long story short, wanna be factor? Go assassin. Everything else levels too slow/ is just plain useless. Assassins can hit 5.0 without the ridiculously priced Scroll of Tome.

    Side note: I hope Seekers 'Awareness' ability is a buff. I'll level one till it hits lvl 10 buff and use it as a buff hoe. Getting exhausted with iP and Shinzoko double sparking in stealth, 3 shotting me, force stealthing and running to SZ.

    Well its 6 DD-classes and only 1 tank class, so will always be a lack of barbs for lowbie BHs and such. Not many bothers making barbs anymore either since it just eats all your money. Barbs 9X only use is pulling big room in Frost and buffing 5.0 chars for Nirvana and TT. At 99+ they arent even needed for Frost anymore, besides giving 1 hour sage buff at the start than gtfo party. I guess Armageddon at West gate is one good thing about barbs, but in terms of pve they're only buffbishes.

    Barbs with 5.0 are actually awesome DDs but people are generally **** and thinks a 2.00 sin with Hook and Thorn is a better DD since they're cute, have a cool looking weapon and emo hairstyle.

    TBH a smart BM can pull frost at 8x. Though having a barb and HP/PAttack buffs makes it a lot easier.

    A smart, axe/vit built bm.....

    But now all bms use fist/axe stats even without any int on the gear....

    Before you can get 3.33 fists, Axes deal more damage in auto attacks, with a spark macro, than fists are able. Why are people building fist builds to level with? Do they just want to make life difficult?

    Yea, I can say there is a lack of barbs and clerics as well on LC. It takes me almost a hour or two just find a barb for frost and 40mins or more for a BH. Luckily I'm a cleric so I don't have to send the extra time looking for one but, on my alts its a different story. b:surrender

    I think they are all just sins and BM's going for 5aps for PvP.

    Is no only LC i come from HL server and there is mision imposible found a barb for bh69,79 and make all my bhs with bms with good hp.

    Yesterday in LC I had to wait for 2 hours to found tank for bh 39, yes people is playing less with the cats, they are in extintion way we must will save them!!!.

    I know a good bm can tank, but is more work for the cleric, other razes dont have agro skills so if you are in one squad with bm, sin, wizard, physc and you are cleric you will play tennis with heal, and use a lot of more mp pots.

    sad to say but barbs can't even come close to holding agro with a fist bm anymore so it is actually harder on the cleric to have barb try and tank in that situation.

    What both clerics said above if very true.....

    On my alt is easier to find a cleric to bh/fc...

    This didnt happen before fists era.... i believe pre 90 barbs are the hardest class to get...

    Like yesterday i got 3 different fc squads and they all fail cause we always missed a barb...

    Just today when I tried looking for a barb for a 8x FCC it took me 2.5 hours serching for a barbs and still I cant find one.. :<


    It seems like barbs are coming to a end and got repaced by Assassains and BM's and with the new expansion coming out soon its just going to get worst from there. b:surrender
