Shortcut Bar Stuck In Chat

    Hmm. Try clicking around near the grid on the bottom left corner (but not ON it) and try to move the chat window. Then move the skill bar and put the chat back in place. Are you sure you can't just click and drag the skill bar out though? I just tried and it worked.
