help gm, im stuck and too low level to shout apparently

My teleport wont work, and i am stuck at 544, 604
I cant shout either, and dunno how to talk to a gm through the chat.... so i posted here, ideas?

edit: p.s. the water is way too short in some places, so it goes between jumping and swiming, so thats y it wont work, i figure

edit: a high lvl angel flew in and carried me !

YAY. but seriously please increase water levels around there a little

    as gms have said submit it to them as a glitch and send them pictures of the incident and they can fix it :P hope that helps
