where do I get the dyes I want?

I can't figure out how to get dyes in a non-random way. I would like to dye my clothes white. It would take a lot of money to randomly get enough white to dye 1 article of clothes.
How do I find white dye (pigment)?

    From the cash shop standpoint there is no way to guarantee you will get the color you want - it is random. This option involves using gold. Not long ago, the boutique cash shop sold white and black dyes.

    For a particular color, you must search the player catshops to see if any are selling the ones you want. Note - White, Black and Red are the most popular and usually the most expensive. This option involves using in-game coins.

    One other option is to watch the Bidding Hall for a pack of a particular color to be on auction. This option involves using gold.

    Auction house has pigments available also - just look under the fashion section for the color you want.
