Hallucinatory Trophy Mode

Hi all,
I've tried to run the Hallucinatory Trophy mode matching all the requirements for it:like the 70-90 lvl restriction,with 6 members in my squad and killing Brigand in 1 hour and 30 minutes while the time limit is 2 hours.
I took the long way inside the fb getting more than 12k points in the end when only 6k are requested from the quest,I even got the quest completed or so said the message that popped up,because when i tried to look for the npc to turn in the quest i didn't find any.
So here is my question:is it bugged?have anyone done it so far?and if so could you explain me how to do it right?I've spent 600k for nothing last time and it's not a good thing.

    The fb has to be done in 10 mins. 1 hour and 30 mins is way too long and doesn't qualify for a reward at all.
