Lvl 39 Cleric - Wellspring Vs. Metal Mastery Vs. Other skills

I'm a lvl 39 cleric who is wondering... Which skill(s) do I lvl up first (out of the ones that are still on my list).
List of skills with their current lvl:
Wellspring - lvl 6

Metal mastery - lvl1

Celestial Guardian Seal - lvl3

Elemental Seal - lvl2

Dimensional seal - lvl1

Purify-lvl1

Plume Shell - lvl 4

There are some skills I left out for obvious reasons: Purehearted blessing, thunderball).

    Get purify if you haven't gotten it yet, but don't worry too much on getting it to a high level. For your current level, it works fine < or = 4. I'd definitely bump up the debuffs and maybe raise metal mastery and CGS a tad more. Otherwise, unless I've overlooked something, it looks pretty good.

    OK, thanks. I think I'll lvl up metal mastery first then the debuffs.

    Based only on those skills listed (following your edit to include level 1 purify), then my next choice of skill to level up would be metal mastery. I believe that I kept that leveled (or near level) with my cleric. It is perhaps a selfish choice to make but raising it will help contribute to boosting your damage output which sometimes can make all the difference between that mob going down or getting one last hit on you. Ya, clerics are all about support but it is still nice to have some good damage output in order to finish quests faster, grind faster, and thus, make money faster.

    of those on your list assuming you got ironheart attacks etc

    metal mastery
    plume shell
    then purify

    debuffs arent that useful right now
